Our ProCare Premium* plan is our recommended, most comprehensive offering. A fixed-price service, under this plan, Info Partners is responsible for the total health and operational dependability of your system. Whether it's strategic planning or providing both onsite and remote services, we can help you establish your IT operations and keep your systems running smoothly on an ongoing basis. Proactive system monitoring can prevent problems from occurring, and when issues do arise, our crackerjack team of field engineers is available on a rapid-response basis, 24 x 7 x 365, to provide the level of service that you deserve. This plan also includes:
- HelpDesk capabilities to quickly answer your questions and address concerns.
- Our GoBack service offers the latest in information restoration capabilities.
- InfoSite Kit provides you with comprehensive, easy-to-use system documentation.
Our ProCare Plus* plan provides regularly-scheduled IT infrastructure services based on your needs. We work with you to determine the services you require. No hard sell for additional services or packages. This service package includes:
- Scheduled onsite visits
- HelpDesk support
- InfoReach remote support
- GoBack data restoration services

Finally, Info Partners' ProCare Primary* plan offers a fixed amount of remedial support provided on a regularly scheduled basis. You determine how often you want help and when and we'll be there at that time every time. Problems outside those scheduled visits are handled on an hourly fee per visit basis.
*Emergency or after hours services are available for this plan. Services are performed after 5:30 pm Monday through Friday or any time Saturday, Sunday or holidays based on your specific service plan.
