ProCareTM Plus
InfoPartners' ProCare PlusTM program provides the peace-of-mind of knowing that your IT infrastructure is monitored and updated regularly on a fixed-fee basis. Scheduled support by our skilled staff can address issues before they become major problems. The ProCare Plus program includes:
- Scheduled onsite visits to your site by an InfoPartners Field Engineer. We work with you to determine how often we will visit your facility and the support tasks to be performed during each visit. Typical activities that can be included in this program include training of your personnel, installation of new workstation software, and hardware / software troubleshooting. We update system level drivers, ensure the latest in virus protection, and perform general hard disk maintenance, file checks, and system optimization.
- Our Front Line Support Center is available to answer your IT-related every business day between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM.
- Our InfoReach remote support reduces downtime by identifying IT-related issues early. It is running behind the scenes all the time to provide early warnings about issues so you aren't caught unprepared.
And when needed, we also offer per-project network design, installation and upgrade services to support your business no matter how it grows and changes. Our services include:
- Design and installation of network backbones including wiring and hubs
- Installation of wireless networks
- Installation and setup of Windows 2003 servers, Exchange servers, Windows 2000 and Windows XP workstations
- Installation of mail services, SQL servers, Internet access, firewalls and automated backup systems
- Telecommuting including high-speed and dialup access to the office from the road or home-office
